The Red Shawl Poetry Reading

  • February 13, 2020
  • 5:30 PM
  • 503 N Lincoln Ave, Loveland, CO 80537

The poems have been written in response to 30 powerful pieces of visual art from across the country on display for the Vote: A Centennial Celebration of women’s suffrage. The “red shawl” refers to the shawl that Susan B. Anthony wore; it became a symbol of her leadership as she wore it to legislative sessions and suffrage conventions.

Free and open to the public.
