Sentence shares etymological roots with sentient, sensuous, and sentiment: to feel. One of my former teachers says that you can write a sentence that describes a drowning, or you write a sentence that feels like drowning. To achieve that, we’ll be looking at syntax, cognitive linguistics, rhythm, and spatial relationships of objects within sentences.
